Hitting up New York City’s Cipriani for a fabulous affair, Hollywood’s hottest ladies attended the Variety Power of Women celebration on Friday (April 25).

Claire Danes showed up for the star-studded event in a darling pink dress and joined Sarah Jessica Parker, who rocked a floral flock while posing with designer Zac Posen.

Meanwhile, Idina Menzel, Katie Couric and Susan Sarandon showed up in their red carpet finery and posed for a few photos before heading inside.

This year, the “Frozen” beauty earned the cover spot for Variety’s Power of Women issue and discussed the summer camp she started for young women who aspire to have a career in performing arts.

“It’s about using the arts to help girls find their own voice,” Menzel told the mag. “There’s a lot of young women who don’t know how to use their voice literally and figuratively. These girls get to be the authors of their own life.”
