Construction Crew Position
Hey everyone my names mike with Rudy Construction. I'm Looking for a potential great crew leader. No experience needed in managing crews just looking for someone that's really great with people. Need to have some construction experience.
We do a lot of remodeling work mostly residential and also big commercial jobs. Need basic knowledge of construction industry, handle power tools, know measurements just the basics. The Crew leader Job is not open yet though for about another couple weeks.
Were mainly looking for great motivated individuals that are great with people and with other employees running a crew. We provide company work phones and tools and equipment.
