Custom 14-foot MonArk jonboat with 2000 Johnson 15 hp and trailer
Here's the perfect fishing rig for two. Boat is a 1979 MonArk aluminum jonboat with two folding swivel seats. The original center bench seat has been removed and replaced with a pedestal seat for more room. Fresh carpet on floor and sides, nice silver paint all around. Transom has recently been rebuilt and is super-strong! No leaks.
Motor: Johnson 15 horse, 2000 model, will get you to the fishing hole plenty quick. Motor starts right up and runs great, always run with Sta-Bil in the fuel. Had the lower unit rebuilt three years ago because I messed up and damaged the skag, but is in top shape now. I would guess this motor has no more than 30 hours on it. Idling could use a little adjustment, but really just needs to be run. Very reliable.
Trailer: Sportsman single axle, lights work. Tires hold air okay, but are showing some weather cracking and should probably be replaced at some point.
Extras: Comes with a Motor Guide 39 lb. trolling motor and Humminbird PiranhaMax 170 depth/fish finder. Also includes paddle, anchor and life vests. Battery purchased from Bass Pro, but it's gone bad. I'll include it for trade-in purposes.
Clear titles to motor and boat. Trailer was always registered as a home-made, but tags have expired. You can pick up new ones for less than 50 bucks, I just don't have time to do it.
