Once again showing off her colorful makeover, Lady Gaga stepped out for promotional work in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday (August 13).

The “Applause” singer donned a black getup with colorful makeup while visiting press to dish about her latest single and upcoming album ARTPOP.

During a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, the Mother Monster chatted about her outfit choices for the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards.

"Would you like to see some diagrams?" Gaga joked. “We're narrowing it down. I've cut out the poultry and I've cut out the vegetables. We're going more with textiles."

As for her new hit “Applause,” the singer dished, “It's a little deeper. When I was finishing the [Born This Way] tour, I was physically breaking. I was in a lot of pain, but didn't know where really. I have a strong threshold for pain, so I kept slapping myself saying, 'Get it together.' The only thing that kept me going was the applause. And I was able to drown out the pain and finish the show."
