Lady Gaga showing off her charitable side, she has reportedly paid for a fan to undergo hip surgery.

The "Poker Face" songstress, who underwent her own such procedure in March, reached out to Emma C, a 19-year-old with scoliosis and hip dysplasia and offered to foot the bill for consultations and treatment with the team of doctors who worked on her.

Revealed by the astonished recipient of the singer's gift, Emma exclaimed, "Gaga reached out to me and is hooking me up with her team that did her surgery in NYC as I have been needing a hip replacement for quite some time.We're planning on flying out this weekend, all expenses paid, for a consult."

Also included in the generous offering is the 27-year-old's gold plated wheelchair that she has used since suffering an injury during her "Born this Way" tour, which had to be cancelled when Gaga needed the procedure.
