My height is 5 feet and 6 and a half inches tall and I weigh more than 95 kilograms and according to the BMI (Body Mass Index) figures I am a class 1 obese. It sucks really because just like everybody else I do want to be fit and look good and be proud of my body, but I can't seem to manage my diet and find the time to workout. My friends are often encouraging me to play basketball twice a week doing at least 2 games per session, which is good but not enough to really get me back in shape.

So I've decided I'll try something different in order to really put down some weight. I did go on an oatmeal diet once where I mixed it with lots of fruits like apple, grape and strawberry plus a honey filling and I think I'll try that again. Also aside from playing basketball 2 times a week I thought I'll do a 20-minute workout every day and I've already chosen a routine exercise and it's called Pilates. In the next 3 months I'm projecting a 10-kilogram or more weight loss and fully recover my ideal weight in 6 months time. I hope this works. I prefer it over other methods as it is light but effective and appeals to my work schedule.
