Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches

Description

Don't go to a restaurant to enjoy your favorite French Dip Sandwiches when you can eat them in the comfort of your own home and pay less!

Ingredients

1 can French onion soup (10.5 oz)
1 can beef broth (10.5 oz)
1 can or bottle of beer (12 oz)
1-3 lb. of beef roast or pork tenderloin
French rolls
Swiss or Provolone cheese slices

Put tenderloin or roast in crockpot. Pour beef broth, French onion soup, and beer into crockpot. Cook on low for 7 hours.

About 30 minutes before time is up, shred the meat with a fork. Cover and continue cooking for the remaining 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Slice open bread and put cheese slices inside. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes or until toasty.
Remove from oven and fill with meat. Use juices for the dip.
