2 cans sweetened condensed milk
Cool Whip
16 oz. bag Heath bits with chocolate

Bake German chocolate cake mix according to the directions in a 9x13 inch pan.
When done, poke holes in it all over while still hot. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the holes. Let cool.
Spread Cool Whip on top and then sprinkle Heath bits all over it.
It's better if refrigerated over night.
