Baileys White Chocolate Fudge
Description
This luxurious fudge is for adults only. It's a special treat that is creamy and delicious and is great for special holidays and other occasions. It's easy to make and even easier to eat!
Ingredients
16 oz. white chocolate chips
4 T. unsalted butter
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 T. Baileys Irish Cream
Directions
Butter an 8 x 8 inch baking dish; Lay 2 sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper across dish; (sheets should be longer than the dish to lift out later).
Combine all ingredients over a double boiler. Once ingredients are melted and well blended, pour into the prepared baking dish.
Let it cool to room temperature; refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Cut into squares. Serve.
