In a glass bowl, combine white chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter; microwave for 30 seconds; stir; heat an additional 30 seconds; stir until smooth. If necessary, heat an additional 15 seconds.

Line countertop with parchment paper. Dip half of each graham cracker (from corner to opposite corner) into the melted white chocolate and peanut butter combo. Tap gently until excess is removed; lay on the parchment paper.

In the microwave, heat milk chocolate chips for 30 seconds in a glass bowl; stir; heat an additional 30 seconds. At this point, the white chocolate should be hardened. Holding the tip of the graham cracker, dip opposite side of cracker into the melted milk chocolate; tap; lay down on parchment paper. Repeat until all grahams are dipped.

If desired, you can decorate the tops. Reheat excess chocolate for 10-15 seconds; pour white chocolate PB into a small ziploc bag; snip off the corner; put on a drizzle of milk chocolate on dipped grahams. Repeat with the milk chocolate on the white chocolate side of the cracker. Let set, about 15-30 minutes.

Serve.

Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Makes 36 square halves.
