Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli may just be in for the scandal of his life when he released a press photo of Beyonce wearing his latest design. Problem is, the diva star is completely unrecognizable!

Beyonce's famous curvy body is nowhere to be seen. We only see a stick-like figure wearing the dress. Though more fitting for today's standard, the public can't help but be offended at the obvious trimming of her body. It sort of reflects what the society expects women to be: walking sticks.

Although in his defense, Cavalli tweeted a link to his Facebook page on Wednesday morning saying, “Dear Fans, We would like to clarify that the image of the gown created by Roberto Cavalli for Beyoncé is a sketch and not a photo, and therefore it is only meant to be a stylized and artistic vision. Roberto Cavalli loves women and more than anyone else has always exalted and highlighted the female shape with his creations, building his signature style on the glorification of sensuality and femininity.”
