Gabriel Nkweti Lafitte, a barista at the Starbucks across from the British Museum in Central London has another wonderful skill aside from making a mean cup of coffee - and that's being a fantastic artist as well.

The 41-year old Frenchman doesn't simply write a customer's name on the cup, but adds a personalized design that would leave your jaw hanging. He says that he does not do this for money or even from requests of patrons - but for any act of kindness he sees in the store.

"I love seeing people's reaction to my drawings," he told the Metro. "I enjoy the joy and surprise on their faces."

When he sees someone showing any form of kindness in the store, he creates a cup at home and arrange it for the person to return and pick it up. All of them were pleasantly surprised at the creative gift.

"Most important for me was to do something unique," he tells the Good News blog. "People who are lovely, kind, gentle, nice and simply giving you a genuine smile gives me the desire of offering something in return."

"I give it away and I know she or he will remember this moment maybe forever," he says. "That is my reward."
