In 1898, Morgan Robertson wrote a book called "Futility, or the Wreck of the Titan" which narrates the story of an ocean liner called Titan.

Titan sailed on its maiden voyage and sunk on April after hitting an iceberg. It was also lacking in lifeboats which is the reason why more than half of its passengers weren't saved (like the Titanic).

The alarming thing here is that it was written 14 years before the Titanic sunk or was even designed in the first place. There are also many similarities such as the length (800 ft for Titan and 882 ft for Titanic). They were also both described as "unsinkable" and they both sunk on April.

The coincidence is quite alarming indeed.
