Well this apparently happened in Erie and what actually happened was this guy got drunk and got into this car and started behaving as if he owned it. Then to top that he even posted this on Facebook. I think he didn't mean to go public but I guess he did not know that the photo could be seen by everyone. Hahahahhah. I wonder if they caught him after this.....
