Music nowadays are a far cry from the music of our parents/grandparents. We used to pay more attention on the singer's voice and the lyrics the song carries.

We could appreciate the melody and individual instruments that were used to make the song beautiful. Today, we focus more on the beat and how loud and trashy some "music" can sound like.

So here's one of the good old classical musics that has even survived until today. "16 Going On 17" was a famous song from the hit musical "The Sound of Music".

Many people commented on how the song was comically sexist but we really just do love the tune and the way it wonderfully relies on the singer's vocal capacity and not some loud banging/screaming backgrounds.
