I was watching Barrett Jackson re-runs on Speed while on the treadmill at the gym. Super Chevy magazine built a 68 RS/SS car to be auctioned off with proceeds going to the Armed Forces Foundation which helps returning injured Vets. I was almost moved to tears as the bidding went to $300,000, but it climbed to $500,000. A Veteran who appeared to be in his 60s bought it.
