Meryl Streep's former house had been listed at $6.75 million on April 2014 but New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez got a $2 million discount when he bought this midcentury home above Los Angeles' Sunset Plaza in the Hollywood Hills. The house was built in 1954 by Honnold and Rex and had underwent through several renovations throughout the years. There's nearly 1,000 square feet of living space.
