The beautiful Brazilian supermodel mommy donned a tan jacket with a grey top, red jeans, and tan ankle boots as she escorted her little one out to the car and drove off.

Over the weekend, Alessandra and her fiancé Jamie Mazur celebrated their son Noah’s first birthday with a family party that included balloons, cupcakes, lollipops, and a photo booth.
