Now that the next installment of The Amazing Spiderman has started filming, fans all over the world are eager as to how the characters will play out the movie. Take note that a decade ago, the first Spiderman movies became big hits and paved the way for its main stars to stake their names permanently in Hollywood's A-listers.
The first "The Amazing Spiderman" movie didn't disappoint us but the original one is likely to go down in history than the latest remake. As for the stars? There's constantly a war between those who are loyal fans of the original Peter Parker and Mary Janes and those who prefer the younger stars of today.
Now that Shailene Woodley has been cast as Mary Jane, the Spiderman feud has intensified. Pictures of her walking around the set with red hair has rapidly spread in the net and we can't help but compare the two Mary Janes.
We're gonna be biased about this when we say that we truly prefer Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson based on looks. We've yet to see Woodley perform but based on the looks alone, Dunst has this angelic yet spunky look that we can't help but adore. She perfectly balances the sweet but tough look that Spiderman's love interest must have. Woodley on the other hand, seems a little bit too girl-next-door for our liking.
Hold your horses first people. It has been reported though that Woodley would not be appearing in the second movie because of a conflict in the storyline. Maybe we'll see more of Gwen Stacy (Emma Watson) than the main love interest.
