"The show must go on!"

Enrique Inglesias proved that nothing could come between him and his fans - not even bloody fingers! The "Hero" singer had an accident during his concert Saturday night in Tijuana, Mexico.

“During the show a drone is used to get crowd shots and some nights Enrique grabs the drone to give the audience a Point of View shot,” a rep for the singer told People in a statement. “Something went wrong and he had an accident.”

Despite the injury, the Latin heartthrob went to the side of the stage to get temporary treatment and then went back to perform for another 30 minutes. Talk about dedication to his profession!

After the concert, the star was rushed to an ambulance and is now recovering.
