Ex-soldier of the Israeli Army Moshe Benabou is SUING Biebs for assault and battery, as Justin's former bodyguard claims Bieber punched him in the chest during a disagreement over how to handle a member of Justin's entourage! Not sure how little @justinbieber could harm this big guy!
