Is that really Bradley Cooper?

We're so used to seeing the actor with his "signature" beard that we're all really shocked (and almost didn't recognize the star) when he stepped out in New York wearing a baseball cap, blue scarf, black vest and sweater - and a clean-shaven look.

The transformation could probably be attributed to him joining the cast of "The Elephant Man" which opened Friday on Broadway.
