In order to lose belly fat , you need to avoid low-fat and fat-free salad dressings. Low-fat and fat-free salad dressings that you buy are filled with chemicals, and are usually high in sugar or non-sugar sweeteners.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cu. olive oil, extra virgin, cold pressed and stored in a dark glass bottle
  • 1 tbl. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tbl. honey
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/4 cu. white vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. sea alt and pepper each

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer or blender. Store in a mason jar.
  2. This recipe make enough dressing for 3-4 small salads. If you want enough for a week, double or triple the recipe.
