INQUIRE with confidence: This Rascal 600 scooter is in very good condition and IT functions properly. I have ordered brand new 12volt batteries so you will have two sets. The ones in there now are ok but I feel as though you should have new ones. This scooter requires a key which I do have .
Functions include: headlight, turn signals, 4 way hazards, electric seat incline and decline plus the seat can swivel from left to right. Seal also has folding arm rest. Brake lights reverse and forward variable speed settings and much more.
There are few scratches and scuffs here and there but it is far from an eye soar.
I will deliver within 120 miles for a fee. Call for details,
