Here's an Intel Mac Pro tower I have just completed upgrading to a dual quad system. This tower has all OEM Apple components, including the two (2) Xeon 5365 quad core processors it has under the hood, and has been upgraded to Apple 2007 MacPro2,1 firmware. The processors came out of one of my personal 8-core Mac Pros that had a bad logicboard. They were transfered to this case and have fresh Arctic Silver 5 applied and the entire system has been tested & verified with Apple diagnostic software... additionally, I have installed software that allows you to manually increase the fan speeds to help keep these running cooler.
