As a former renter, I am familiar with the possible pitfalls of renting by the chair. I designed this office to share and with renters in mind. The office has oversized front desk, waiting and staff areas, additional instrument prep space, and even individual control of the music speakers to each operatory.
A real effort has been made to set-up the space in a way that the patients of each dentist could assume that their own doctor is the "primary" in the office.
The office is fully wired and plumbed for nitrous. Arrangements can be made for use of a Zeiss endo microscope and a Biolase hard/soft tissue laser. This office will offer an impressive, comfortable environment for your patients, you and your staff.
