I need this clock in my life. Although, maybe with a few adjustments. I'd wake up at 6AM sharp and start working out. Do my work from 8-5. My lunch break would be at 12. Maybe a coffee break in the middle of the afternoon. Have an early dinner. Get on the laptop, surf the web.. and go to sleep at the wee hours of dawn.
