Uh-oh! It seems like we're facing another fashion face-off once again.

This time, it's between supermodel Heidi Klum (40) and the ageless diva Rachel Welch (73). They both wore the same form-fitting animal print dress in different occasions. Klum wore it during the judging of "America's Got Talent" in San Antonio, Texas, on March 20. Six months later, Welch was seen sporting this attire to a preparty for the Emmys in Beverly Hills.
