FLASH | American police have uncovered a true house of horrors.
Sixteen children aged 18 months to 18 years were found LOCKED UP in an unsanitary house in Ohio. According to investigators, they had been living for at least four years crammed into a single room of just 13 m².

Some of them cannot speak. The eldest, 18 years old, is illiterate and unable to write her own first name. Two children had to be urgently airlifted to the hospital, one of them in critical condition.

The authorities are describing "the worst conditions" they have ever encountered and speaking of "evil in its purest form." Four adults, the presumed parents and grandparents of the children, have been arrested and charged with multiple counts of endangering minors. (NBC)
