Description
Serve this as a side dish, or make it a main dish by adding in chicken or shrimp.
Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked white rice
- 3 T. sesame oil
- 1 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Steps
- On medium high heat, Heat oil in a large skillet or wok, on medium high heat. Add the peas and carrots mix, onion and garlic. Stir- fry until tender. Lower heat to medium -low and push the mixture off to one side, then pour eggs on the other side of skillet, stir-fry until scrambled. Add the rice and soy sauce, blend all together. Stir- fry until thoroughly heated.
- Optional: green onion, shrimp or chicken.
