The "Lizzie McGuire" star looked cute in a black jacket, gray top, black and white scarf, and gray pants as she carried baby Luca on her hip.

Just the day before, Hilary Duff stepped out to promote her new book, "True" at Mrs. Nelson's Toy & Book Shop.

Sharing a snapshot of herself hugging a fan at the event, Hilary commented, "Great night.. Thank you to all my loyal and devoted fans love You guys mean so much to me! #love ." The last of the Elixir series, "True" concludes the epic love story of Clea and Sage.
