1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2/3 Fried Onion

15g Panko - Breadcrumbs (0.53 oz)
2 tbsp Milk
1 Egg

- Onion Gravy -
1/3 Fried Onion
50ml Water (1.69 fl. oz)
1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 clove of Grated Garlic
10g Butter (0.353 oz)

Grated Daikon Radish
Shiso Leaves
Ponzu - Japanese Citrus-Based Sauce
