Before I launched my business I was at uni & had a really strong fear of public speaking! So bad ! would cry to my tutors and beg them not to make me speak!
Fast forward a few months into my business I started pushing myself - speaking at events, doing lives, recording trainings. I was actively doing things out of my comfort zone. Was it nice? Some times it really wasn't! | felt so uncomfortable.
But that's where the growth happens!
I promise you - you do not need to be confident to launch a business. But I truly believe I am the best person to help you find yourself and gain that confidence!
