I witnessed the graduation of employees of the first batch of the Dubai Financial Experts Program, organized by the Dubai World Financial Centre, in partnership with the Muhammad bin Rashid Center for Leaders Preparation. I also witnessed the graduation of the first batch of employees of the "Master of Executive Business Management" program organized by Georgetown University at the Dubai World Finance Center Academy, for the first time in the UAE. This came during the events of the "Mohammed Bin Rashid Leaders' Meeting". I witnessed the graduation of the second course of the Dubai Program for Family Business Management, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the First Deputy Governor of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister of Finance, in October 2023 and is organized by the Dubai Center for Family Enterprises, which operates under the umbrella of Dubai Rooms, in cooperation with Muhammad Center Bin Rashid to prepare the leaders. The Dubai Family Business Management Program aims to ensure the continuity of these businesses and to plan the retention of their ownership and management, in order to prepare and develop effective management skills, and to improve governance practices in family businesses.
