It seems that the human Barbie doll is real indeed. While it seems that she might not have gained the out-of-this-world body proportions that she has right now (she reportedly spent over half a million dollars for plastic surgery), it doesn't mean that her pictures have been messed with.

Valeria says that this is just something that she wants to do and while she loves the fame, she wishes people would just respect her decisions and learn to live with it.

She has gained international fame for her eerie resemblance to the most popular doll in the world-Barbie. She has a stunningly small waist line that doesn't align with her large breasts and equally large hips. Her glassy expression also completes the whole doll look.
