Ms. Noche brings to this role a unique blend of professional excellence, community engagement, and international recognition. As the Founder of Aqua Queen of the Universe Ltd Inc, she has transformed pageantry into a purposeful platform for education, outreach, and marine conservation. Her work aligns powerfully with Sustainable Development Goal 14: Life Below Water, as she champions efforts to restore marine ecosystems, combat pollution, and instill environmental responsibility in communities across the Philippines and beyond.

Her distinguished credentials include:

- Serving as Vice President of Malayan Savings Bank, where her strategic leadership and values-driven approach have extended into her sustainability advocacy;
- Holding the global title of Mrs. Universe 2011, which she has used not only as a symbol of grace and empowerment but also as a powerful instrument to raise awareness for environmental causes;
- Founding the Noble Queen of the Universe Ltd Inc, through which she promotes dignity, empowerment, and respect for people and the natural world.

Her advocacy is deeply rooted in the belief that safeguarding our oceans is not the responsibility of one sector alone, but a collective duty—and one that must be driven by education, empathy, and action.

As Director for Eco-Pageantry & Advocacy, Ms. Noche will spearhead programs that integrate beauty with purpose, influence with impact, and tradition with transformation. She will work closely with stakeholders from the environmental, cultural, and civic sectors to design initiatives that celebrate sustainability through storytelling, pageantry, and grassroots engagement.

Her leadership in this capacity will help further the mission of Icons of Change: to uplift changemakers, bridge sectors, and inspire generations to act with courage, creativity, and compassion.
