Robert Pattinson must be feeling incredibly grateful to Jim Parson's right now. "The Big Bang Theory" star apparently bought Rob's old love nest with ex Kristen Stewart for a whooping $6.375 million. Robert sold it because he just couldn't get past all the bad memories after Kristen cheated him. The hacienda-style estate features 4,026 square feet on a 1.5 acre lot, three bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. There's a spacious garden and courtyard and even a lagoon pool. The vegetation is just lovely and it has the ultimate catch for every Hollywood star: privacy. The entire estate is walled and gated to keep nose people out. Parsons is moving in there with his decade-long partner graphic designer Todd Spiewak.
