Listen… my impulsive self LOVES Target runs, DoorDash dinners, and that random Amazon cart checkout at 1am. But you know who doesn’t love it? Future me—standing there like, “Girl, where’s the retirement fund?!”

We’ve all been there. The dopamine hit feels good in the moment, but that credit card bill shows up like an uninvited guest at the cookout.

Here’s the truth: treating yourself isn’t bad, but balance is EVERYTHING. Budget a little fun money, then let future you still have something left to smile about.
