Two years ago, Kate Middleton walked down the aisle and said “I do” to Prince William, and before celebrating her anniversary the expectant Duchess arrived at the Naomi House in Hampshire, England.

Showing off her growing baby bump in a gorgeous peach dress, the 32-year-old stopped by the children’s hospital to pay the little ones a very special visit on Monday (April 29).

As for celebrating her big day, a rep for St. James Palace said, “I'm afraid we're not giving any details on their anniversary plans, as [they are] private."

One source told Us Weekly that the couple already celebrated since Will is tending to his Air Force duties. "Today is, by tradition, their paper anniversary," the source explained. "And yes, they have bought each other appropriate gifts."
