The two are so incredibly different from each other that a lot of media has repeatedly compared the two. It's quite easy to spot the fashion difference for one. There's also the family background. Kate is from a family of humble commoners while Cressida is from a socialite family. But Cressida is reportedly private and responsible, a good trait if she ever becomes Kate's sister-in-law someday.
