Katherine Heigl enjoyed a lunch date with her mom and a gal pal in Studio City, CA on Monday (April 15).

The former "Grey's Anatomy" actress looked chic in a black pencil skirt and ruffled white blouse as she shared a few laughs at the valet before heading off.

Although Heigl has plenty of films under her belt, including "27 Dresses," "Knocked Up" and "The Ugly Truth," it looks like Forbes magazine doesn't believe she deserves such a high pay check.

Recently, the mag made a list of the most overpaid actors in the biz and Katherine came in second place behind "Nutty Professor" actor Eddie Murphy.
