KILLER TRUCK DRIVER: Two more Americans have been killed by an illegal immigrant truck driver who was given a CDL by the state of California.

Rajinder Kumar, an illegal immigrant from India, jackknifed his semi-truck, blocking both lanes of U.S. Highway 20, resulting in the deaths of newlyweds William Micah Carter and Jennifer Lynn Lower, who crashed into the trailer.

They had gotten married just 16 days prior to this incident.

Kumar, who was released into the U.S. after illegally entering, was given a CDL by the state of California and work authorization by the Biden administration in 2023.

He is currently in custody in the state of Oregon and since Oregon is a sanctuary state, the only thing ICE can do is submit a detainer request and hope state officials cooperate instead of releasing this criminal back onto the streets.

How many more innocent people are going to die on our roads at the hands of illegal immigrants that are completely unqualified to drive these semi-trucks?

The officials involved in issuing these illegal CDLs need to be held accountable.
