Kris Humphries been holding out on the whole Kim Kardashian divorce deal for months and now he looks to be skipping the mandatory settlement conference slated for this morning.

The NBA star is supposed to be in Los Angeles for the proceedings at 8:30am Pacific Time, but as of 1:00am he was in a New York City hotel.

Furthermore, even if he caught the first flight out of JFK Airport at 6:00am this morning, he’d still not reach LAX until 9:15am, putting him way behind the start time of the conference.
