Ever since the end of her "Twilight" saga days and her split from long-time boyfriend Robert Pattinson, Kirsten Stewart has been keeping a low profile and avoiding attention for herself... until now.

The 23 year old actress has a new bestfriend and it's none other than the famous fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld! Stewart is now the new face of Chanel's current Paris-Dallas collection, and she had just attended the Métiers d'Art line's launch in Dallas, Texas.

Together with former co-star and real life friend Dakota Fanning, Kirsten posed for some photos. While she didn't smile (as expected), the star looked defiant and ready to take on anything... perhaps even finally move on from her former flame.
