To lose belly fat, avoid low-fat or fat-free salad dressings. Low -fat and fat -free salad dressings from the store are filled with more chemicals than they are worth, and are generally high in sugar or non-sugar (non food) sweeteners.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cu. olive Oil
- 1/4 cu. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 heaping tbl. pure unpasteurized honey
- 1/4 cu. fresh oregano
- 1 tsp. sea salt and pepper each
Steps
- Combine all ingredients, mix in blender or use a hand mixer.
- This recipe makes enough dressing for 3-4 small salads. Double or triple the recipe so that you can have it for a week for quick salads. Store in a canning jar with a lid. Store in a canning jar with a lid.
