May God have mercy on you, my brother Ahmed.. I am in the presence of a great, generous God, who is absent from our eyes and does not disappear from our prayers and hearts.

Between yesterday and today, a lifetime of brotherhood and death; Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid has passed away, his memory, attitude and good impact remained present in the hearts, witnessing a bond that cannot be broken by absence nor by years.

May Allah have a wide mercy on Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, and raise his place in the heavens, and inspire our father, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and the noble Maktoum and his lovers with patience and solace.
