Meteor on March 22 on Security Camera in Thurmont MD

This footage was shared by Kim Fox in Thurmont MD. Thousands across the eastern US saw this around 7:50 PM EDT on March 22 2013. It is a meteor. A Meteorite is when a meteor hits the ground. So far there is no report of this making an impact, so it may have completely burned up in the atmosphere.
