This is one fashion crazy week with the Duchess Kate Middleton leading the entire party. But now it seems that first lady Michelle Obama would take the lead for this weak. She wore a beautiful flowing Grecian-styled gown during the 36th annual Kennedy Center Awards. The emerald-green silk chiffon Marchesa gown was completed with bouncy curls and a delicate diamond necklace that became an instant hit! Are we seeing a "Michelle effect" soon?
