Miley Cyrus made her way around West Hollywood yesterday afternoon (May 9).

The “Party in the USA” songstress shielded her eyes from the sun as she strolled around in a woolen beanie and colorful sneakers while smoking a cigarette.

Earlier this week, Maxim magazine named Miley the most attractive woman of the year in their 2013 Hot 100 List.

Executive editor Patrick Carone explained, “We went for Miley for a variety of reasons. First and foremost the Hot 100 over the last few years, actually specifically the last two years, we’ve actually had voting online and so we’ve put a bunch of women we think would be contenders on Maxim.com and we just have our readers go online and vote. Miley just annihilated."
