Description

A simple, quick no bake cookie that is much like a rice krispie treat, but it is made with cornflakes. If you want to make it even more decadent, drizzle melted chocolate on top!

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup white corn syrup
• 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
• 6 -7 cups corn flakes

Steps

1. Bring sugar and corn syrup to boil; remove from heat.
2. Add peanut butter and mix well.
3. Pour mixture over corn flakes.
